P90X left me soar cant do workout tdy?
i started P90X last week so far did the chest/back and arms/shoulders.. my chest and back were a little soar but i was still able to do the arms/shoulders work out. now my arms are really soar that i cant evan stretch them out straight, so i skipped the legs and back excersize yesterday but still cant do it tdy, so when should i do it because i dont want everything off track anymore

Take an anti inflammatory like ibeaprofin or advil or something like that to help with the pain.
You might want to increase your protein intake to help you recover faster.
Also light weight exercises of the sore muscles will help to heal. Its called active recovery if you want to look it up.
