Can you consistently lose 1 pound a day?
I am by no means a skinny person. Given that I am carrying extra weight, if I were to burn 3500 or more calories a day doing cardio (3-4 hours on an arc trainer), plus my BMR and doing P90X including the dieting plan, would I consistently lose weight a pound a day?
Trust me you do not want to be losing a that much weight. it’s unhealthy to be overweight but it is also unhealthy to be too skinny. plus that much weightloss can also be a sign of cancer.
