How do I open torrent download P90X?

I downloaded the Torrent P90X and completely finished, but when I try to open or do something with the video that says my computer can not open the file. Is there a program to be able to get to do this or what?

It depends on what the extension file is. (RAR, ZIP, AVI, MP4, etc.) If RAR, you need WinRAR to extract the files. If the files are already extracted and have problems opening the video file (AVI, MP4, etc) then try in VLC Media Player, which is known for its extensive capabilities for video playback. www.videolan.org/vlc/
