Is Lean Pro Matrix considered a recovery drink after a work out?

I’ve been doing the P90X but think their products are limited (flavors) and expensive. I have a local nutrition shop by me that sells this protein. I was attracted to it because it is lean, I don’t want to gain weight, I just want to get nutrients I need. Would it be considered a recovery drink?

I take this myself before I go to bed and after I workout and yes it is a recovery drink because thats what protein does, builds and repairs lean muscle tissue. I normally get my Lean Pro Matrix at Vitamin Shoppe but I it is expensive. You can also buy it online and it is cheaper. Try NutritionZoneOnline.com as they are the cheapest I have seen and they carry all of the flavors. I personally dont like buying stuff online but you can save big $$$ doing so. Hope this helps
