p90x workouts schedule

Can anyone help with tips on the P90X workout plan
I'm in my mid 30 and weigh a little less than 160 lbs. I am very athletic and eat relatively healthy. I am looking to take the weight of the muscles and get a more definite for my small staff. Does the p90x for me? Also is important when the diet program? Do I have to eat whatever you can suggest and keep my relatively healthy diet and get the look you want?
P90X is a great program. I just finished my first round and a plan for starting a second in early September. You can do this in bulk, but that really should be cut. Repeat 14-16 for agile look more defined. I think you can do 6.8 truck for more strength and volume. I twisted the power plan a bit. I would say there Make sure you are getting enough calories. I took my calories because they do not have enough energy to complete the training. I began to beat more 2,000 calories. Let me know if I can answer anything for you
