The Slim in 6 body-slimming program guides you through three phases of intensity, gradually trimming away fat while increasing your strength, endurance, and energy while giving you lean muscle tone. By working the same muscles 6 days a week, Slim in Six program actually prevents muscle bulk, creating a leaner and toner look.

The Slim in Six workout program is designed to simulate having Debbie Siebers, an experienced personal trainer, motivate you in your home without any variance in instruction or tempo. But since she is not there to supervise your intensity level, the discipline and willpower to push yourself is up to you. Debbie will help you do the moves correctly and keep you motivated, but you’re the one who has to Keep Pushing Play every day.
