rate p90x

How would you rate what I ate this day?
On a scale of 1-10
1 being the mst healthy
10 being the least healthy
I am still in my youth
I’m female
I have quite a high metabolism
I have a 30 minute workout every day during week days
I am about to start P90X with my mom (In about a week) Just to work further on my muscles
I currently weight about 90lbs and am 5′ 2″
To be honest, I’m a snacker
1 egg
water
cheeseburger
fruit rollup
Neapolitan ice cream sandwich (my weakness)
water
half a small bag of popcorn
burger
fries
a few chips
about 5 oreos
apple
egg
(i know im not he healthiest person around ![]()
I drank around 3 8oz bottles of water
Im not fat not even a little chubby, but thank you

just because many ppl go and eat worse
The thing is you want to eat a good breakfast, a sandwhich, and a soup, fish
NOT SWEETS, THE problem is in that stupid McDONNALDS and OREO and COKE all taste MAGNIFICENTLY, they are irresistible and that’s why ppl tend to over eat
RIGHT NOw, you’re fine on the outside, but inside you’re body is not … very good, in ten yrs you’ll be fat and wondering where ur body went. Im telling u streight up truth and if you dont like i, Im sorry, but Id rather see you overcome the sweet goodness, and to tell you the truth it is hard, I used to eat sweet stuff all the time, delicious cherry pies and such, but now I eat chinese food and mostly good stuff, besides my breakfast I eat just bread, lol
Anyway that’s my best advice
