p90x vs power 90

regular Power 90 vs. P90X?

what are the differences and similarties of each? strengths and wakenesses?? i know the first one is chepaer/ trying to decide.

P90 is for beginners. If you’re new to exercising……P90 is for you. There are 2 levels to P90. Once you’re able to do the whole routine without stopping…….you move on to level 2. Level 2 is the same thing….but longer reps. It’s cardio and sculpting.

P90X is X-treme. Not for the faint at heart.The shortest workout is 60 minutes. There are 12 high-intensity muscular workouts. A pull-up bar is recommended with this one.
There is a fitness test to take before doing this one and it is highly recommended. If you don’t pass…..I say do P90 first.then try for the X.

There is now a P90X plus. It includes 5 more X-treme workouts.
