p90x vs chalean extreme
Which one do you think is better? I know they are similar. Only answer if you know anything about these programs. Ty.
I would personally think I would like ChaLEAN Extreme better than P90X b/c it involves more lower body work as well upper while P90X does not focus so much on the lower. But if you are looking for more variety P90X has that. C.E. has more weight lifting and she teaches you the right form you need so you won’t bulk up, it also good if your goal is to burn alot of body fat as opposed to gaining alot of muscle. But guys seem to like it too and end up gaining that muscle tone they want while the girls get that long toned lean look. Everybody wins!
