p90x triceps

im 16 an im trying to get stronger?
ok so im 16, im 5’11 i weigh 152 pounds an i bench press 120 i recently started working out, i have a 4 day work out, 1 day i do chest, 1 day i do biceps an triceps, 1 day i do back an shoulder, and 1 day i do the bottom half an abs, i do these an then start all over again, i own p90x but i only use ab ripper x from it, every night i do ab ripper x an i do 50 pushups, after working out i drink muscle milk an an try to drink as much water as i can through out the day i also try to stay off the fat food, im just wondering if wat im doing is right or wrong i have been doing this for 1 week now today was my first day to do ab ripper x but from now on i will follow that plan, thanks all answers will be helpful
