what is a great workout program?

that gives you good abs, quads, and calf’s. im playing basketball and the abs will help with endurance, the quads will help with the ability to stay in a defensive stance longer, and the calf’s will help me block them shots and get higher up. so what is a good program with all that? if it also trains biceps, i don’t care thats even better! ive heard p90x is good but i don’t know what it trains, also i would like to keep as much costs down as possible but some might be necessary, i understand.

Here is what you should be doing. Getting up abut an hour before normal. Run about three miles. Come home, eat a HEALTHY breakfast, shower and stuff. come home, go on another run. This time do Sprints. So like if you like near a track, or can do the math in your head, do .25 mile sprints, then after each sprint, do about 20 pushups/situps. then do 35 squats and 35 lunges. also get a jumprope and do about 35-50 jumps. then do another sprint and the same thing over and over. then go home and rest. this should be just before dark. so if it gets dark at lets say 8:30, the start the workout at 6;40ish.
this helps a lot. also substitute roman chairs and stuff to work out the quads.
make sure you get plenty of rest, stretch those legs out before you sleep, and eat really well.
