p90x time of day

Frustrated after 1st day of P90x?
I started my first day and I feel totally frustrated at only getting through 45 minutes of Chest & Back, and then only 8 minutes of Ab ripper X.
I’m a 22 year old male, 6’0″, 225 lbs.(muscle/fat), never smoked, run 2 miles about 4 times a week and moderately work out. Play a lot of tennis and other sports. I was so mad at myself for not even being able to do this whole 1st day. I felt nauseous by the end. And by the time Ab Ripper came after the first workout I had nothing left and couldn’t even do some of the Ab workouts correctly, it just hurt the side of my hips not my abs… will I get better? I feel right now that mentally I cant get through this – but I’m not sure
Any new regimen is going to be tough on the first few days. As the days and weeks go by it will get easier and easier, boosting your confidence and making you stronger in the process. That is when you will start to see results. Stick it out! You can do it and it will be worth it in the end. Tomorrow is a new day. Every day will get easier.
