P90X! QUESTION! SHould I Skip Workouts!?

I am very athletic, and skinny. However, I Do not want to lose any weight…gain as much as posssible. p90x is great, but there are weeks where you only do like yoga and kenpo and cardio. I like them, but im afraid ill just lose weight while doing them, and not gain mass and muscle. should I skip them, and then do them when I am recovering from the muscle work outs?

I love those workout. Keeps me stretched and loose. But just for the time being.

SHould I just stick witht he schedule???

I don’t know what the deal is with asking people who don’t know your situation and who are likely to tell you anything they feel like at the time they are sitting at the keyboard but its a bad idea.
Listen to your own body. Work hard and eat right and think your own way through these questions. Find a coach you trust if you find yourself in a real quandary. There are lots a books by real gurus on every subject. You can become one yourself if you apply to learning what you are doing in your own training. People are so different from one to the next that hardly anyone you might encounter in the answers community can answer your question the way you worded it. It would be better to ask people what they did rather than what you should do. Get it? Hey! I could say, “Stick with the schedule” or “Toss the schedule, it’s crap” and you would get nothing from it. Just use your brain and listen to your body but apply your heart.
