p90x running

I'm going to do P90X Plus, what is the difference between the regular P90X and the advantage?
I have not done regular P90X but I've been lifting weights and running the award of 2 years? So, I'm loose up.could still do P90X PLUS?
The differences are: – P90X + consists of only 5 workouts, versus 12 of P90X workouts. – P90X + is a little more resistance, because there are fewer interruptions and move quickly from one exercise to another. For example: – P90X is designed a substantial "improvement" of his body and his physical condition, but P90X + is for people who have completed P90X and want additional training. For this reason, I recommend that you go for P90X and use at least three months before thinking about more, which is really just an "extra" as opposed to a "plan superior "training. In addition, P90X is better for someone trying to get more muscle mass, as it focuses on the 8-10 reps with heavy weights, while P90X + only as representatives you can to force, but not necessarily muscle mass.
