p90x push up workout

what are the best football excercises?
i am about to play football in middle school i am 13 years old 5’9″ and 119 lbs. and will be playing RB i can run a 5.14s 40 yd dash, i can run a 7.02 min. mile. I can run at 70rpms for 30 min. consecutively. i have average attentiveness. i can do 35 push-ups. i can do 6 reverse-grip chin-ups and 5 standard chin-ups. i can do about 60 squats. i can jump about 2.5 feet up. and i can do a standing jump about 9 feet. i can also do sit-ups continously for 3 min. Also the mason twist for 1 min. and 25 seconds(part of the P90X workout) i would like to know what the main skills i need to have and what excercise is the best.
