p90x power bars

p90x chin up bar driving me NUTS?

You have to put a screw through 2 holes, then twist a nut on the screw. (from the other side) This is bascially impossibe because you cant twist the nut without the screw moving w/ it. I am about to go insane. I have even tried high powered drills without sucess, the screw moving at high speeds!
