p90x order of videos

im starting P90X please help!?

my brother did the program for like 2 days and lost half of the books and supplies (i don’t know what i am going to do with him) i don’t have the workout book that came with it. Is there a certain order to do them in? how many days a week am i supposed to do the videos?

A quick way to get you back on track…(btw tony horton is awesome!) Go to beachbody.com and go the p90x page where you buy the product…there is a small link there to download the pdf files to tell you routine order.
If that does not help log into wowy and just follow the members that are all doing it.
