p90x needed equipment

What do I need for P90X?

I actually have a couple questions dealing with p90x.

Does it work? If you have used it, can I hear your experience.

I wanna start it now, but I will be going on vacation in a month, and I don’t wanna do it for the week that I am gone. Is this okay?

Do I need any equipment (pull up bar….) because I don’t have any? Or are the cd’s and nutrition guide okay?

How is the nutrition guide on it? Is it easy and detailed?

If you can answer any or all these questions i would appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello…

Yes P90X works! I have lost 30 + pounds and more than 10% body fat, following my own diet. Had I followed the Diet guide with the program my results would have been much better. The only equipment you will need is a Pull-up bar/place to do them and a set of dumbbells or resistance bands. A yoga mat is recommended but not totally needed. The workouts are top knotch workouts they average 1 hour + each workout. So you will need to commit to it. In missing an entire week, you may want to do the previous weeks over, depending on how you did on them as far as being able to complete them. The nutrition guide is broken down to follow in different ways. (Portions, Meal Plan, and Quick Option) The diet follows the 3 phases of the workouts. It is detailed and if you have the time it can be followed easily. I hope this helped and if you should have any other questions about P90X be sure and let me know.
