p90x links

I have just started P90X and …?

Does any one know if the yoga is spiritual? I have heard of spiritual yoga other places and sometimes it is linked to religion, and I don’t want to take part in spiritual yoga.

Any links would help.

No YogaX is not spiritual – Tony Horton makes it as functional as it can be. YogaX helps with flexibility, strength and balance. It has helped me lengthen my muscles after doing the weight routines during the week.

There’s a relaxation section where you do those Ohhms – but Tony Horton explains that it’s assists with your spinal cord.
