p90x legs workout

Does this workout routine/ diet plan work?
Okayy. This is my work out plan everyday. Ive been doing it for about a month now.
1500 calories a day in food.
1 hour 15 minutes of basketball 3 times a week/ And 2 hours 4 times a week.
Then one hour of a p90x dvd right before i got to sleep.
P90x includes everything, ab excerices, arms, legs, plyo, cardio. The whole 9 yards.
Any suggestions to improve?
2 things:
You might have a hard time doing both P90x and that much basketball each week. Not because you yourself can’t handle it, but because your body will quickly suffer from overexertion/overtraining (and strangle your results).
If you want to lose weight, you will with this. But eating only 1500 calories a day and doing this much cardio AND weight training? You won’t ever, ever, ever build muscle with such little caloric intake and so much energy expedenture during your workouts (you might for the first tiny bit, but then no.) You absolutely will have to eat much more if you want to build muscule mass (if this is your goal, i assume it is beecause you are doign P90x)
