p90x healthy

Which is better? P90X or Wii fit?? I am a former runner who is trying to stay in shape.?

Can’t really run anymore because of knee pain. I am pretty healthy and need something for maintaining toning. I saw the infomercial for P90X and it looks sort of legitt and worth getting, but i have recently heard of all the great things of the Wii. Please let me know your opnion!

Also, I do go to the gym but lately I really like working out at home. More convient and personal.
