p90x full workout

P90X Plyometrics X, and yoga help?
I did P90X for 9 days now, but I'm having problems with 2 of these exercises, and plyometrics Yoga Yoga X. X is largely because I'm not as flexible as most people and it hurts sometimes, but it is manageable, however, for plyometrics can not together. No I have a heart rate monitor, but I work around that. The problem is that I can finish the heating and some exercises, but after awhile my body starts fell on me. Since I can not go, also because my legs are like lead. Still do so until the end, but for some of the workouts, I do not do 30 seconds or a minute. Is this normal and I still get good results because I have done everything that happens is that I have difficulties while squatting and jumping (since I live in upstairs). Please reply to me and not laugh or mock me Plyo is really difficult. I can complete all other training to the end just not Plyo.
No Plyo workout p90x and I have been the same way or were when I started but stood firm and then made a couple of times I felt stronger and I could end each exercise and do the entire workout. Stay with it and get the results you want
