p90x formula
p90x after-workout nutrition drinks?
I am about to start the p90x workout but I was wondering if regular whey protein powder or muscle milk powder will yield the same results as the recovery formula powder p90x advertises.
I would go with a high quality chemical free whey product minus the fillers and additives. Whey is key in tissue repair.
