p90x equivalent
why isn’t p90x working?
hello. i’m a 14 year old male. 5′ 8″, weighing in at 128 lbs. i’ve dont p90x for about 2 rounds( not 2 phases, 2 rounds). i haven’t seen any results. i tried my best to follow the diet, but still being a teenager, i can’t control what i eat, my parents do. i’ve been using resistance bands, extreme tension from bell sports, i dont know what the approximate weight it is equivalent to so if someone could tell me that too, that would be great. i’ve done every single workout everyday( at least i tried my best). i still haven’t seen results except for me losing weight. can any one tell me whats wrong?
First off, you shouldn’t be lifting or anything like that after you’re done growing. Second, you have to give it time. After a while, you’ll notice results and so will other people.
