p90x dumbbells or bands
I have been on/off p90x and don’t know what to do?

I started p90x a little while ago and got through the first 2 cd’s but on the 3rd day I had to get my back resurfaced. I had all the epidermis on my back burned off and couldn’t sweat for a few days.
Afterwards I did the same 2 cd’s again because my friend told me if I skipped a day I was supposed to start the week over. On the 3rd day I was doing shoulder’s and arms and my resistance band snapped on the first shoulder excercise. I got whipped pretty hard up my arm and decided because I was so tall maybe I shouldn’t risk using resistance bands, so I ordered the Bowflex Selecttech dumbbells.
The only problem is that it’s coming in 3 days through the mail. When it comes should I start the week over or continue on shoulders or should i skip all the resistance excercises until the dumbbells come in and then start the week over or what?

I would start the week all over again and add another week to the current phase that you are in. You want to make sure you do all the exercise during the week to get the full benefit of a total body workout.

I personally use the Bowflex Dumbbells and they work great!
