p90x doubles guide
p90x program questions?
wondering what the difference in the 3 different routes to take on p90x are, classic, lean or doubles?
And what all does it come with? How many dvds? Is the nutritional guide on paper or a dvd? Thank you!!
So women would likely do lean. But which would a guy typically do lean, classic or doubles?
I just started this p90x program last monday. I copied my friends DVDs but it comes with 12 DVDs. The nutritional guide is in the form of a magazine, showing you what to eat for every meal for everyday. But note that it is expensive to follow the guide. It also comes with the P90X guide that shows you what you’ll be doing for each DVD and how to do it. Classic is just taking the program normally. Lean is altered a bit differently, it’s for people who want to get more lean/ripped than to build mass. Doubles simply involves another workout to go with what you would do normally p90x. Week 1-3 goes like this for the week starting with monday and so on: Chest/back, Plyometrics, Arms/Shoulders, Yoga X, Legs/Back, Kenpo X, rest or Stretch X.
