p90x day 1 exercises

Question about the p90x..help?

Ok i live upstairs in a apartment and jumping causes alot of noises for the people downstairs,and i noticed on some of the p90x infomercials that there is alot of jumping involved..i also know there are 12 different exercises and was wondering is it only 1 time out of those 12 that jumping is involved because if so i can probably just do that workout at a friends house and the other days at my own apt….

I believe its the cardio that has the jumping in it. Also, all the warm ups involve running in place, jumping jacks, etc. Maybe you could do a warm up jog outside and come in & do the rest.
