p90x cardio routine

Will the p90x really work? please look?

1. chest and back, ab ripper x
2. plyometrics
3. shoulders and arms, ab ripper x
4. yoga x
5. legs and back, ab ripper x
6. kempo x
7. rest or x stretch

I know that these are the basic routines. If someone could please just give me an idea of the nutrition. Is that schedual what i need to do the entire 90 days. I am 5’10 200 pounds and i am trying to gain cardio, and cut down. Will this work for me?

That’s a decent workout schedule but you won’t see any progress unless you eat properly no matter how hard you workout.

You should basically cut out carbs and eat at least 200 grams of protein per day.

Don’t eat any sugar, don’t eat anything fried, no junk food. Don’t drink juice, just water or white milk and if you have to black coffee or green tea.

If you can commit to eating properly you will see results. Don’t eat before bed either.
