p90x calories

Does anyone know how many calories P90x burns?

I want to know how many calories each individual workout burns cause I’m counting the amount of calories I burn vs. what i intake. Anyone who does it a guess would be fine but I prefer a specific answer. I do all the exercises as instructed so I get all the benefit of the video.

im doing p90x too (: and my doctor told me that it burns any where between 250 to around 650 calories depending on how hard you are working in each video and if you do the whole thing good luck and I hoped this helped.
