p90x at the gym

Where can I get the P90X nutritional guide?

Several of my coworkers and myself have started P90X at our gym at work. It was purchased through the gym for use at the gym but they do not have the nutritional guide. Is there somewhere I can get the guide for reference? Thanks ahead of time.

You can get pdf versions on ebay fairly cheap, but that’s illegal so i wouldn’t recommend it, wink wink.
