p90x 300
is p90x for me?

i am 5 10 300 pounds is it for me or would it be too hard could i complete it and if i did the 90 days how much weight would i lose and would i still be fat

Like pretty much every other answer has said, only you can decide if it is for you. With that said from my experience (I am similarly built 5’10″ 255lbs.) I would personally start with P90 and build up to P90X. I wish I had gone that route instead of jumping right into P90X. The further I got along in the program, my body started breaking down. That is not to say I didn’t make any improvements. I lost weight and body fat. I also felt myself getting stronger and stronger. But because of the weight I was carrying around, I found myself getting injured quite a bit. Which made it quite difficult to work out on a regular basis.

If I only knew then, what I know now, I would have started with P90. Sunday I finished my first round of P90X. So yesterday I started Slim in 6, to help me drop some more weight, so I can give P90X another shot in the fall.
