lose weight p90x

Is eating between 1500 to 2000 calories a day healthy for me to lose weight?
Im 5’6 at 165 and I wanna get down to 135… will eating between those amounts of calories I just mentioned healthy guidelines to lose weight while I run and do p90x on different days… thank you: )
you need to eat more calories then just 1500. if you are swapping around the p90x and running then you need to eat around 1800-2200 calories. the reason why is because the p90x helps you build muscle when building muscle and running that puts a huge straine on the body and makes you need to eat more for your body to get the nutrients it needs from such work. but do not worry… as long as you are eating healthy you can eat those amount of calories.
