how long p90x workouts

P90X really work?
I wondered to what extent the p90x really work or is simply a waste of my time. Im not the kind of person to abandon what I started, so it will not if it fails to advance at work. I also wondered how long daily workouts are and if need epuipment have or have everything they need. So if U no more please let me know thanks

This helped me keep motivation! For game time, back to take 1 to 1 / 2 hours per day. Here's the breakdown of a typical week: 1 day of strength training and approximately 75 minutes Ripper AB plyometrics day 2 about 60 minutes Day 3 of training and force of approximately 75 minutes Ripper PR 4 days about 90 minutes a day 5 exercises yoga of force and about 75 minutes kenpo AB Ripper days 6 days 60 min approx 7 days of rest or stretch of about 55 minutes of this option is the guideline basic weekly. The exercises of exchange when it moves along, but the format remains the same. Equipment: You need weights or a resistance band to the periods of strength training sessions. A pull-up bar is recommended, but you can do these exercises with a resistance group, if you prefer. I is the first full month with one resistance band, then decided to spend some money and bought a few dumbbells and a pull-up bar. I am really pleased to have both for the rest of the program. At the end of the program is a luxury package that comes with 3 resistance bands and a pull-up bar, if you're interested. I would like help with your fitness goals.
