P90X ??nutriten plan?

im going to buy p90x but i was curios about the nutrient plan , is it complicated or simple and do u have to go to a special store to get , and do u have to know how to cook really good?/please answer

Well if your doing a program like p90x then you should eat like fat shredders like grill chicken.
