full p90x workout

This healthy diet?

Breakfast 1 scrambled egg and a bowl of Kashi wheat crackers. N HFCs as natural sugar cane. snack with fat, protein free milk-South Beach Bar Lunch-PB & J on whole wheat bread 40 calories per slice. Snack 1 apple fruit and lots of nuts (all types of nuts) dining-small chicken breast w / a portion of any Vegatable and spirit of Italian dressing. only 2 v. full soup dressing. and if I get hungry before I usually try to go to bed for a protein bar or less may be just a carrot, if some leftover vegetables that might have some of that, but I rarley eat 2 hours b4 I to bed because they say it is good to have food in the stomach UR at the time. any suggestions on what I should add, remove the food. Furthermore, I P90X because of the protein bars i there for that. if the hard drive was too sick to make me a protein shake. only 150 cal …
