I have a question about P90X?

As one of my friends gave me all the DVDs of P90X.But when I get on DVD of what it tells you needs, spoke of nutritionists and fitness guide. But my friend told me that he did not. So is there somewhere I can get the skills and guidance nutrition for themselves without having to buy everything?

Hey man I am and nutrition program is important. I wish your friend call the company and see if they may submit a new, or at least may be able to pay for the entire book, which is a modest amount compared with the purchase of the entire program good luck!
