How do you think ChaLean Extreme would be for a beginner?

It’s been over a year since I’ve worked out. But I really like working out with weights- more than cardio. I have Turbo Jam and really like Chalene. So I am thinking about getting this and seeing if I like it. But I didn’t like P90X. I just don’t want to get it and not like it.

You would probably do fine with ChaLean Extreme. I love Turbo Jam, so I understand why you like her–she’s so motivating. With C. Extreme, she builds in the modifications so you can do it at the level that works for you until you’re ready to do it full out. Do you have a Beachbody Coach?
