Did I exercise enough this week?

I’m 5’8″ and roughly 116-118 lbs. I’m recovering from an eating disorder. what do u think of this exercise wk?

Mon: 1 hour weightlifting with P90x dvd,walked 1.5 miles in gym class, 40 push ups, 60 crunches
Tues: Ran for 30 minutes on treadmill (aprox.3 mi) and did light stretching, 20 push ups
Wed: Jogged & played flag football in gym class, did 15 min ab ripper p90x dvd, 30 minutes of pilates
Thurs: Rest
Friday: Ran on Treadmill (30 minutes, 6.0 mph)
Saturday: Rest

Is that ok/bad/great???? Thanks!!!!!!
