Question about P90X and gain muscle?

I understand that the P90X program is perfect for those interested in working at home with a variety of different practices and trying to lose weight, but I wonder about people gain experience. I heard that some people had earnings of P90X because of the slow transition (90 days is enough time to drop weight IMO) and changes in feed for 90 days and because of "muscle confusion" but I wonder how much you earned during the attempt to leave ….. fat, for example, see how the arms can get (in inches) or weight have you done? I'm 5'10 and about 185 pounds and body fat around 14%. I'm trying to decide whether to go through a season and most of the P90X program later or by what may start the program because they could pack on some decent weight slowly while burning body fat (probably trying to put in an additional five pounds). Thank you.

Hey, I'm a girl, so I do a bit of difference, I just finished the Lean program and won 8 lbs. Normally, you should be stoned, but my clothes fit properly. I m "assuming that at least half of which is the muscle. The first time I did P90X lost 25 pounds, so go figure (I ate prefectly course, that could help lol). Anyway, I thought you would like a contribution, I have not measured this time, but I started the Classic 11, wish me lucky!
