Recommened Training To Get Ready For Pararescue INDOC?
I know the PAST requirements for getting into Indoc. My question however goes a little deeper into being prepared for Indoc and the Pipeline.
My current training includes P90X 6 days per week. I am going to start swimming, and running in addition to P90X in about 4 weeks.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what exercises or training I should add to help me be more prepared? For example in the water confidence section of Indoc, what could I do to train for this? Also, should I try to get my body more comfortable in colder water? I have seen where the SEALS train in extremely cold water, however I haven’t really heard much about pararescue doing this? Although it wouldn’t surprise me.
So any other little suggestions for getting prepared for INDOC?
