Where to locate the TONY HORTON P90X Fitness Guide and Nutrition Plan?

I purchased the Tony Horton P90X DVDs on line, and the P90X Fitness Guide and Nutrition Plan were not included.

I have searched the Internet to download copies – but have not been able to locate.

Does anyone know where these are located?
