Im super skinny, a couple of kilos under weight i think. No matter what i eat or how much i dont seem to gain any weight.. So…
Doing P90X would be a complete waste of time right ? Its not going to do anything for me ?
You need to start lifting weights and eating LOTS of high protein foods. Then your muscles will grow and you will gain the weight. Chicken, fish, eggs, red meat. Google “high protein foods” and start eating them regularly.
Start easy with the weight lifting. Don’t try to bench press 250 kilos on the first day. And it is very important to make a progress chart.
