which protein powder is better for me?

hi i was wondering which protein powder would be better for me im 16 years old and am trying to get big for football in september 2010. i weigh 170lbs and am about 5’9 ive go fat on me so i was wondering if i should slim down then bulk up or just start bulking from here but i want to be toned aswell i was looking at either quick mass

ok thx but which one of these would you buy i like these cuz there is a 4:1 carb to protein ratio which would you reccomend

dude, it is difficult to slim down and build muscle at the same time. why not speak to your coach and ask him what he recommends for you and your field position. probably best to concentrate on eating lots of protein and a moderate amount of carbs. lift weights 3 days per week for no more than an hour or so per day. day 1 you would do lower body then upper body day 2 and lower body day 3. second week you do x2 upper body and x1 lower body. also, two or at most three days per week do max 30 mins cardio – running/skipping/bagwork/swimming etc mix it up a bit and get your heart rate but limit this to 30 mins each session. remember, you’re trying to build muscle/strength not work on your aerobic fitness. drink plenty of water, get 8 hrs sleep each night. do your cardio on days with no weights. if you must do cardio on lifting days then do lifting first.
