Which workout would you recommend: P90X or Chalean Extreme?

Ive heard P90X is a really great workout. I live on a military post and I workout when the troops are doing PT and I noticed a lot of men and women doing it in the morning for PT and they look like there getting a great workout and they look good themselves.
