Starting the P90X and Don’t Have Pull-Up Bar or Bands What should I do?
I’m a college student and won’t have money to buy bands for a couple of weeks, but I want to get the best out of my work out. What can I supplement in for the time being?
Maybe just do the workouts that don’t require bands and pull ups, like plyo, cardio x , kenpo, yoga, ab ripper and so on. Then when ya get the bands and bar start the program as it is laid out.
