best resistance bands p90x
p90x questions?

1. what if i cant do all the exercises? like i cant do all the reps, the form, etc? is it enough to just try? should i try til i get it? or do what i can and repeat everything over again?

2. should i do separate warm ups before i ‘push play’?

3. when is the best time to exercise with p90x?

4. I dont have a chin up bar, but i have resistance bands – is this gonna be enough?

5. im thinking about buying a pull up bar from a sporting goods store, but it isnt exactly like the ones they sell at beachbody, is that going to be enough? (it is quite simpler)

thanks a lot!!! any other tips about nutrition would be appreciated!

1. Do not worry if you can’t do all of the exercises. Tony always says Do your best and forget the rest. There are modified versions on almost every exercise so try those. If it is still to hard, just run or walk in place to keep your heart rate up. I still can’t do crane on Yoga X and a few other things due to knee issues but I keep pushing play and I know I will get it.

2. Just push play. I have found that his warm up is good enough to get me moving but not enough to burn me out before starting.

3. I have done morning and night. My body does better in the morning but again it’s my body. My wife does better at night. Do it when you think you will have more energy.

4. I use resistance bands 90% of the time. If you don’t have a bar you will want to order the door attachment or you will have to use some sort of beam or pipe for your bands. It is still enough for a good burn.

5. I know the Beachbody products so I swear by them. You can try the one from the store if it’s cheaper. I know my buddy bought bands from a store and popped the first ones the same day and the second ones not long after that. Hopefully the bar will be ok.

6. Try to eat 5-6 small meals with portions no larger than your fist. Make sure you are getting enough protein. Drink plenty of water, low to no sugars, and no fried foods

Let me know if I can answer anything else.
