before you start p90x

Do you have any advice for me and yes it is about weightloss?
I am 18 and i weight 201 pounds and i am wanting to start p90x but for my current weight it is almost impossible. I am wanting to lose 10-20 pounds before i start p90x on feb 1 and i was wanting to know if anyone had any exercise or eating advice for me so i can lose as much weight as possible by feb 1 so that way p90x will be alittle easier not much through i know but anything will help! Give me any advice you think will help me anything at all please
work out for about an hour because after that your not going to loose any weight, start eating smaller portions and really healthy food, work out everyday
that’s the best advice you can get cuz everything else is just extra
