Sold bootleg Beachbody P90X products.?
Please do not bash me for the fact that I sold counterfeits. I know what I did was wrong.
I received a letter from Johnson & Pham LLP about me selling bootleg counterfeits on amazon. They demand a payment of 890$ but they got my address totally wrong in the e-mail plus they do not have any of my personal information. Can I get away without paying this fine? (I already stopped selling the counterfeits do not have them anymore) Any legal advice would help. Thanks!
What should I do?
on the email it says “The representatins and warranties herein, and the payment made shall not consitute a waiver or settlement of Product Partners, LLC’s rights in connection with any matter other than this individual transaction”…
Why are they emailing me instead of using a direct contact method.
OMG i got the same email..
I doubt it because first, we are charged the same amount. at same day.
second. in the email they don’t let you contact directly to the firm.
