Cardio is necessary after a p90x workout?
Yes, like you would on the shoulder and arm DVD .. Should I go after it or not is also needed could replace the plyometrics and yoga to running or cardio-x? Thanks
Depends what version you p90x. The dual version you must exercise cardiovascular and strength, the same day. In the classic version, you can do a workout every day and do not necessarily need to add cardio on he. I want to run well, so I will try to earn miles on a 2-3 run on the same day, I do my strength training, but still no power for this. You will burn approximately 600 calories in each workout P90X, so that additional cardiovascular training is not really necessary. With the lights inside and outside practice, why do that? The units are placed in an order for a reason and each offers something different to improve the overall system. I recommend the program to and that is designed to do. Tony suggests that without the "Plyo" loan which can replace X for plyometrics cardio. Unless you really bad knee, I want to do plyometrics training. It's really a great cardio workout and lots of fun. I never did before starting the p90x yoga and really do not know what to expect. The yoga workout is long, but helped me with my flexibility and also helps reduce the abdomen. I suggest at least trying to ignore before.
